Prothya - Problemsolving around the Filling Line
This training is designed to strengthen operators’ ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems around the filling line in a structured and GMP-compliant way.
Currently, many operators experience difficulties when technical issues occur, which can lead to delays, uncertainty, and inconsistent responses.
Since most operators have been employed for less than two years, there is a strong foundation in GMP and cleanroom behavior, but additional technical understanding of the filling line is needed. At the same time, more experienced colleagues bring valuable practical knowledge, and this training aims to combine both perspectives.
During this training, we will explain how the filling line works, discuss common technical problems, and practice how to respond using a clear, step-by-step approach. Through practical exercises and workshops, participants will learn how to act more confidently, consistently, and effectively when issues arise.
