Prothya: Aseptic Filling using the RABS filling line
This training has been requested to strengthen aseptic working practices during filling operations on the RABS line. While the team has a lot of practical experience, current aseptic behavior does not always meet the required level and needs to be improved.
The focus of this training is to build a clear understanding of what aseptic work really means, why it is critical, and how it should be applied in daily practice. By combining theory with practical exercises, we aim to increase awareness of correct and incorrect behaviors and support operators in identifying what may need to change in their own way of working.
Since the group includes both very experienced operators and colleagues who have joined more recently, this training is also an opportunity to align everyone on best practices and to learn from each other, with the shared goal of improving product safety and quality.
